Delivery & Payment
Do you deliver across Bangladesh?+
Yes. We deliver nationwide via Steadfast Courier. Inside Dhaka costs ৳80 (2–5 working days). Outside Dhaka costs ৳115 (4–8 working days).
Can I pay on delivery?+
Yes, COD is available for all orders inside Dhaka. For outside Dhaka, we ask for ৳115 upfront via bKash to confirm the order. The rest is payable on delivery.
Do you accept bKash?+
Yes. You can pay fully or partially via bKash at any time. We'll share our bKash number when we call to confirm your order.
How will I know my order is confirmed?+
We call every customer to confirm before shipping. If we can't reach you within 3 days, the order is automatically cancelled. You can always re-order.
Returns & Quality
Can I return my order?+
Yes. If you're not happy, hand the item back to the delivery person on the spot, in its original packaging. No forms, no posting.
What is the 7-day quality cover?+
We stand behind every piece for 7 days after delivery. If you find a manufacturing defect or material fault during normal use, we'll repair or replace it. No questions asked.
What isn't covered?+
The quality cover applies to things we got wrong, not wear from heavy use, accidental damage, or modifications you've made to the product. If you're unsure, just message us.
Our Leather
What kind of leather do you use?+
We use full-grain and top-grain genuine leather only. No bonded leather, no PU, no faux leather. If it isn't real, we don't sell it.
Will the leather improve over time?+
Yes. Full-grain leather develops a unique patina, a natural shine that builds with age and use. After a few years, your wallet will have its own look. It doesn't wear out, it wears in.
Are your products handcrafted?+
Every piece is made locally in Dhaka by skilled craftspeople. We inspect each item before it leaves: stitching, edge finish, and hardware all checked.
Orders & Cancellation
How do I place an order?+
Browse the shop, add to cart, and check out. We'll call to confirm within 1–2 business days before dispatching.
Can I cancel after confirming?+
Yes, but message us as soon as possible. If the parcel is already on its way, the delivery charge (৳80 or ৳115) would be yours to cover.
What if I miss the delivery?+
Our courier holds parcels for up to 3 days. After 3 missed delivery attempts, it comes back to us and the delivery cost falls on you. If you know you'll be unavailable, let us know in advance.

Can I visit a showroom or physical store?+
We don't have a retail showroom. We sell directly online to keep prices low. All questions can be handled over WhatsApp or email.
