Inside Dhaka

Outside Dhaka

Delivery charge of ৳115 must be paid in advance via bKash to confirm your order. Remaining balance payable on delivery or via bKash.
Our delivery person will call before arriving. Taaron is not responsible for courier-side delays.
Return & Exchange
We offer on-spot returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return the goods in their original packaging and condition directly to the delivery person.
Taaron provides a 7-day right to complaint covering defects in manufacture and materials discovered during normal use. Complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery — items may then be returned for repair or exchange.
The right to complaint does not cover defects or damage resulting from wrongful use, poor maintenance, physical force, or unauthorised modifications.
Cancellation
After a successful order, we will contact you to confirm. If we cannot reach you within 3 days, the order is automatically cancelled.
To cancel after confirmation, contact us immediately via social media or phone. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you are responsible for the delivery charge.
Our delivery team holds a parcel for a maximum of 3 days. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel returns to us and the delivery cost is borne by you.
